Like every week we post a monologue for you to enjoy. OK. Mainly the videos below are for women because of the simplicity of the use of make-up. Men can apply some of the basic principles such as:

FOR OLDER:

-Dress more formally.

-Dont dress with current fashion statement pieces or colors.

-Stick to neutral and earth tones.

-No gel or hair spiking up.
