HELPING NEW ACTORS

A lot of people in the industry think of newcomers as competition. Let me take that back. A lot of ignorant people in the industry think of newcomers as competition. Why? Because they figure these new faces or all other actors have a chance at taking their job or  earning money they somehow believe belongs to them. With all due respect: bullshit!
